Staff were extremely helpful right from the start to the finish of our stay from welcoming us in slightly earlier than the check in time to advice on how to get to various places /metro ect . rooms were very comfortable including the bed good shower and private toilet in the room, a drinks machine is provided in the downstairs lounge which is free for guests hairdryer, mirror ,and toiletries all provided all made for a comfortable stay, Overall we really enjoyed it and after a long day in Paris it was a nice place to come back and relax there is a tv but very limited channels for English speaking travellers but you don,t visit Paris for the TV . The TV is Bluetooth and will pair with your phone to stream music easily and there is a audio connection on the bedhead for a standard aux line to play music through . The rooms were compact but this appears to be the norm in Paris due to the limited space in the older buildings and everywhere appears to be the same unless of course you opt for a much much higher priced hotel to sum this hotel up we would most definitely stay again it did what a good Hotel does and made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay

Very Comfortable, clean and large (for Paris) room in a well serviced part of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent English and they offered to look after my bags on my last day - I didn't have to ask. I caught the Eurostar from London and walked downhill with my suitcase to the hotel from Gard de Nord in about 15 minutes. There are lots of café's, boulangeries and marché in the area. Very close to two metro lines which makes getting to major sites easy. Although, I prefer to walk and admire the architecture when in Paris - 10mins to Palais Garnier, 20min to the Louvre and Seine - 15min to Moulin Rouge en hoof at my pace (sprightly). Some of the reviews I read negatively commented on the curtain between the sleeping and bathroom area. It's a little odd for a non-European, but it was not a problem for me. It probably won't be for a couple in the city of love either. Nice rain shower head and a separate bath. Seemingly endless hot water. Comfortable bed, good wifi and no problems with noise.

The location is perfect! Not too far from central Paris but still has a decent nightlife. There is a supermarket over the road and also a lot of food places within a very short walk. The Metro station is just up the road and gets you into central Paris. Whilst unassuming from the outside the property has a dark, moody aesthetic inside that is not only the same or similar throughout the hotel’s public areas but also the bedrooms and even the lift. It looks really chic. The best thing about the hotel is the staff! They are super friendly and amenable. The member of staff on reception on arrival brought us both a cold bottle of water which was very welcome! We asked them to organise a taxi for our departure which they did and when they arrived it turned out they had made sure to hire a large vehicle so I could put my wheelchair in.

The hotel is just 10 min walk from Gare du Nord/Est but the neighbourhood feels safe and a buzzy atmosphere with plenty of foodie interests! The hotel has been well-refurbished and my room was a very decent size (for Paris!), super-comfortable bed, tea/coffee, strong shower, good wifi. I was on the courtyard side which overlooked a tidy garden area and was quiet. I did not have breakfast but the choice looked substantial. Welcome drink was offered on first evening! Top marks for the front desk who were efficient, helpful and friendly.

The place was in a great neighborhood, only a few blocks from public transportation and so many restaurants to choose from. My family, which included my wife and two daughters traveled to Paris for vacation. The family style room (one large bed in the main room and 2 single beds in the other room) we got was comfortable and prefect for our family size.
